In 1979, he received a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Tokyo. After that, he obtained a tax accountant qualification in 1986 and a certified public accountant qualification in 1993.
He joined PriceWarterhouse in 1989 and engaged in auditing and IPO services. He joined HLB Meisei LLC in 2005 and has been appointed partner. He is responsible for quality management at HLB Meisei LLC.
